Analyst/ Sr Analyst IT Internal Controls

Your ‘day to day’: Be part of a global team of Risk and Controls to: • Perform System Access Rights reviews (mainly for SAP platforms), monitor the design of roles and evaluate linked business. Propose improvements, implement accurate controls for its mitigation and follow up on action plans. • Participate in a variety of projects and initiatives to advise on early detection and handling of IT risks and access rights, business automations according to PMI control framework. • Understand audit processes over IT General Controls (ITGC) and automated controls to keep system compliance. • Provide support to business to assess control gaps and risk with the aim of recommending ways of working, processes, and IT controls. • Collaborate with assurance and audit teams to identify findings and potential risks to improve PMI's control framework. Who we’re looking for: • Advanced student or with university degree preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration. •1 to 2 years’ experience performing audits, controls or access monitoring in IT risks or security departments for complex environments. • Experience of working with SAP Security/Functional. • Understanding of IT controls environment, risk assessment, security principles, access monitoring and segregation duties concept. • Curiosity and motivation to discover control and accesses gaps. • A candidate with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple partners and work independently. • Desire to share knowledge, build trust, and develop growth-mindset within a global multicultural team. Candidate must be reliable and able to function as part of a diverse team to deliver a variety of services. • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required to document and communicate findings and interact with stakeholders. • Experience with segregation of duties matrix definition is a plus. • Experience working in a global organization is a plus. • Other professional qualifications (e.g. SAP certifications, CISA, CIA, CPA) would be an asset.
