WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in IT related field • 5+ years SD experience as Consultant/Architect- Understanding of deep concept of architecture • Detailed knowledge of Order to Cash processes: order management, billing, eInvoice, commerce Integration, pricing & promotions integration, credit management • Knowledge of technical artifacts required for management of sales process: SAP configuration, standard SAP IDOCs, APIs • Knowledge of industry specific regulations (eInvoice), compliance requirements and current eInvoice trends • Strong communication and customer management skills in English • Understanding of common industry frameworks like SCRUM, ITIL • Top-end strategic problem solving and strong analytic skills • Ability to share sophisticated ideas in a simple way • Consumer-centric approach and mindset • A collaborative teammate, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal partners • Organizational and leadership abilities Nice to have: • Knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance • Knowledge on Cash app, FI- AR • Experience as well as skills in project management with agile ways of working • S4 implementation experience WHAT WE OFFER YOU • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Domain Expertise: Direct the development of architecture solutions as part of the OTC strategy by ensuring that business strategies & drivers are analysed & synthesized to formulate relevant IT solutions considering trends, pace of technology evolution and impact on the enterprise • Architecture Design: Direct the development of IT OTC architecture solutions across all architectural perspectives, tailored to the specific OTC needs, the wider PMI context, and bringing the best modern architecture principles • Solution Management: Lead and manage technology, business, and delivery partners providing guidance, mentorship, and structure to deliver designs on time and with the right alignment • Documentation: Maintain enough documentation and compelling communication of IT architecture, processes, and procedures to support compliance, troubleshooting, and asset reuse • Partnership: Engage closely with OTC management, IT teams, ecosystem partners, and user representatives to understand their underlying needs and facilitate the creation of excellent solutions • Leadership: Develop and contribute to team culture of delivery, agility, service excellence and continuous improvement.
