WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • College/University Master’s Degree or equivalent in business • problem solving skills altogether with wide range of digital transformation processes knowledge around CX topic • experience with web technologies (eg. ACCA, TAX Advisor, CIMA, CFA) • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Create surveys directly on the SaaS platform Qualtrics • Develop suitable dashboard visualizations and help with the integration of the results into the system landscape of our customers. • Configure the solution, including assisting with survey programming, building dashboards, and platform integrations, etc. • Assess the impact of changes (risk identification and mitigation strategies development). • Build relationship with key stakeholders to gain support for change initiatives. Obtain approvals for change from stakeholders, including business owners and other relevant parties. Communicate the benefits of change to stakeholders. • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems and tools. • Support and advise customers on the implementation of customer experience solutions • Develop and maintain deployment-related documentation including deployment plan, standard operating procedures etc. Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
