The DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) Content Executive is responsible for the creation of the content at the DTE Platform and supporting the overall Indirect Retail Activation and PMI Smoke-free Vision. The role is responsible to increase the content effectiveness via making the deployments on time and having the right content for the communication tool as well as supporting Lead DTE Content on following up the process of the deployments. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Owning the content development process (Activation team, studio, and external agency) and alignment to deliver the deployment of the campaigns on the agreed timings. Following the corporate and non-branded content, activities, and tasks and coordination of the engagement tools (email campaigns, retailer survey and Tasks) via marketing cloud and other DTE Toolbox to support the campaigns. • Leading and managing Digital trade engagement projects/campaigns and leading the cross-functional collaboration for the successful execution of the projects. • Driving DTE content performance (emails, SMS, pop-up, reminders) and increasing overall members engagement by imitating and deploying engagement campaigns and activities. Analyzing content KPI’s, identify the opportunities, drive customer insights through digital analytics reporting to and create data-driven action plans, recommendations for future initiatives and campaigns that improve end customer experience. • Building and maintaining an accurate and transparent communication calendar that outlines all engagement initiatives and activities. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • A College/University degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (e.g., economics, business). • 3 Years of experience working in digital marketing with CPG/FMCG understanding the Trade engagement. • Excellent Project management skills that enable you to gather requirements, prioritize, execute, and manage stakeholders. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience working with marketing agency is a plus. For this position the salary range is between $92 610 to $98 396 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
