We are currently seeking visionary creative thinker with strong analytical skills, expert in Brand Management to join our Brand Marketing team as Brand Executive based in Jakarta. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' • Assist the Brand Manager in preparing and implementing the annual marketing plans, brand building strategy, and budget preparation. • Regularly monitor the brand performances & competitor's activities and recommend strategies for volume/market share development. • Coordinate & interface with all relevant departments (commercial, legal, EA, etc.) in order to maintain effective teamwork in developing new brand initiatives, trade programs, and other brand activities. • Check all marketing expenses relating to the assigned brand. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree • 3 - 4 years' experience in Brand Management, having experience in FMCG and/or Tobacco Industry would be an advantage. • Have experience in data analytics and good business acumen • Strong analytical & strategic thinking, problem solving, and perseverance • Agile and have strong drive for result • Have good presentation skill both in creating presentation decks and presenting the content • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team • Fluent in English, both verbal and written WHAT WE ARE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
