Product and Packaging Development Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate and coordinate all product-related Marketing Initiatives for Ukraine and Moldova markets both for cigarette category (Parliament, Marlboro and other brands) and for Smoke-Free Products (IQOS, HEETS, FIIT, Lil and others) - new product launches, design changes / product modifications etc. Ensure realization of projects in line with desired scope and IMS dates. Keep a close track of all on-going and planned projects, their status and required next steps, as well as any changes within their scope. • Act as a single point of contact and keep a close relation with Marketing Brand groups, Product Development, Operations, Sales Planning, Legal and Corporate Affairs to execute projects in the agreed timing and scope. Timely announce product changes to relevant functions. • Support brand teams and markets in project scheduling, incorporating relevant inputs from Sales and Supply Chain Planning teams. • Being responsible for creating codes in internal systems for regular bi-weekly price changes, reflecting correct prices, cooperating with other departments to coordinate smooth price change process. • In cooperation with Product Development and Operations, identify and coordinate product cost optimization initiatives. • Generate innovative ideas to streamline and optimize existing processes or develop new ones. REQUIREMENTS: • Overall experience: 2+ years Operations / Project Management / Marketing. • Good understanding of brand portfolio and Marketing principles. • Ukrainian, English – Fluent • Skills: Communication, Project management, Analytical and critical thinking, Drive for Results, Customer Focus • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – proficient user.
