Manage the IS Systems team to deliver all systems solutions and associated services required by business function in an optimum and secure way by leveraging PMI information services.
1) Understand and promote the Global Application Portfolio.
2)Understand business needs, define IS solutions from the Global IS offering to deliver IS services required by the function.
3)Manage the deployment, localization and support of global/core business system solutions including data alignment.
4)Proactively identify business requirements not supported by the Global IS Portfolio, communicate and agree the solution with the Global function.
5)Manage the design, development and maintenance of local solutions for the business function following the global PMI standards and procedures.
6)Ensure appropriate system’ documentations and training programs/materials are in place.
7)Deliver IS Services in an optimum way (timely, cost effective, secure, stable, reliable and user-friendly, both from IS and user perspective) to maximize efficiency in the respective functional area.
8)Manage external and internal service providers to ensure that service levels are met.
9)Manage and build a flexible, agile and innovative IS organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent in order to deliver IS required by PMI, currently and in the future.
Supervision of resources and delivery of results through others
• University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems
• University degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IS
5. WORK EXPERIENCE
• 8-12 business/IS experience
• Experience in multinational Co., incl people management experience
• ITIL Service Manager Certified / or equivalent
• Project Mgt. Experience
