Organizational background: Design Authority (DA) within Integrated Business Services of PMI drives the execution of IBS strategy related to Process Design under Transformation office. Under that umbrella DA is responsible of designing and re-thinking IBS processes through the leans of the customer so to support IBS Transformation, delight our customers and thrive the business. Scope: Within the scope of DA we expect to guide service delivery teams to review and re design their processes according the IBS strategy by implementing and adopting new ways of working. As the program contributes to creating a customer centric organization and increasing customers’ satisfaction by streamlining processes, eliminating non-value-adding steps, resolving customer problems, enhancing cooperation and collaboration between and among the teams, some activities like: process mapping, driving workshops, process mining and Analytics are the core. Due to the collaboration to many teams within IBS, support Finance projects and act as PMO it’s also part if the role. Efficiency is one the pieces as well. Within the program we monitor and track the progress of it as well as foster insightful conversations within Key stakeholders to drive the objectives. Scope of the role: The objective of the Design Authority Lead is to support the Manager of the area in the development of all the pillars that part of the scope of the team. The person will be responsible for: • Supporting Transformation office strategy • Supporting the deployment of a customer-centric culture globally • Support the implementation of Digital Interface business case and minimum viable product as well as full product • Coordinating and delivery of workshops when need it • Analyzing current process, proposing changes to re—design it and improve it • Tracking status of initiatives • Preparing pieces of communication to engage IBS Finance when need it • Supporting the Manager in the creation of metrics when applicable and should be able to perform root cause analysis. Able to demonstrate good understanding of program and provide advices to others to meet deliverables. • It’s a referent for other areas in UX and Digital interface functionality. • Being an expert in tools and new ways of working to support the IBS teams in the usage of them • Supporting the Manager in leading IBS functions in the adoption of new ways of working like lean, design thinking, agile, among others • Delivering trainings and leading workshops Skills: • 3 + years in solutioning of processes and delivering process efficiencies. As well as continuous improvement, agile methodology and lean or Six Sigma • 3+ years of experience in participating in large-scale program(s), projects portfolio • Solid experience in Analytics • Solid experience in collaborating and working in cross functionals and cross-regions teams • Excellent customer focus, customer mindset • Result-orientation, proven delivery of value to the organization • Critical thinking, discipline, self-starter and entrepreneurship spirit, independent • Excellent planning and priority setting • Strong Problem-solving expertise in complex global environment with numerous stakeholder • Experience in digital is desirable • Background in Lead to Cash, Commercial and/or logistic is desirable
