We are currently looking for a People & Culture Executive. A well-known rule in the business says that your competitors can eventually copy anything, but your people. In this position, as a member of our People & Culture team, you will hence have a mission-critical role to play in helping connecting and engaging our people to enable their maximum contribution to the quest that our company has now fully embarked on. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Be responsible for the internal communication & employee engagement strategy reflecting long term company strategy as well as ad-hoc business needs • Manage all available communication channels and situationally use the most appropriate one to ensure continuous dialog with our employees • Create and maintain the content for internal intranet, social media and other channels • Organize employee engagement activities that accelerate internal transformation process e.g. regular Business updates, company culture implementation events, competitions • Lead and deploy corporate or cluster (SK, CZ, HU) people engagement initiatives locally; be active member of PMI’s people engagement community • Be an adviser and consultant for business during various projects, activities to ensure proper and timely communication is provided to all employees WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR field or Communications (preferably in internal communication, people engagement) • College or university degree (Communications/Economics/Psychology) • Ability to create compelling content & organize events (both online and offline) • Confident presentation skills • Energetic, independent professional with can do attitude • Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage different stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Curiosity, creativity and passion for people • You don’t need to know everything, we trust in your high learning agility WHAT WE OFFER You will find that our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, many learning opportunities, and the possibility to express your potential with experimentation.
