Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for Manager PMO who will contribute to the successful delivery of key market projects through effective facilitation, tracking, reporting, assisting project managers and teams on the best use of project management standards and tools and act as a first point of contact for any project management queries. Responsibilities • Governance of Investment Framework (Strategy to Project to Activity) • Oversight of activity match to Strategies via Projects and prioritization • Management of Project Portfolio (KPIs, Cost allocation, tracking) • Leading Management Team discussions to facilitate prioritization and alignment • Facilitate revisions of projects' scope and related changes (e.g. budget allocations) • Promote effective ways of working (agile, scrum, etc.) and engage Commercial functions Qualifications • University degree (General Management/Finance/Business Administration). • Project management certification (Waterfall and Agile). • Practical experience of project management principles and processes implementation. • Proficient spoken and written English • PC literate (Word, Excel, Power Point at expert level) • Advanced user of Project Management tools Abilities • Maximize structured and aligned actions with minimum admin burden on organization • Financial savviness and effective cooperation with Finance • Bridge operational details to content for Management Team decisions • Connect various sources of data for consolidation (KPIs, $, etc.) Soft Skills • Deliverable over process, Buy-in over top-down • Genuine interest in Commercial Operations and curiosity in Business Mechanics • Patience and managing change What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense purpose and an appetite for progress.
