You’ll be solving problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. === YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === You will join our Global Manufacturing Team and contribute building best in class standards in our factory. As we continue to implement our manufacturing excellence program “OPEN+” (IL6S/IWS) globally, we are looking for an experienced individual to lead the deployment of “OPEN+” (IL6S/IWS) to unleash people capabilities, achieve a step change in performance, drive innovation through increasing organization reliability and agility in the affiliate. You will ensure Pillar deployment in the affiliate in an integrated and collaborative way to increase engagement and ownership, deliver value through adopting and improving PMI best practices in a standardized and systematic way. In this role you will: • Contribute to the OPEN+ (IL6S/IWS) strategy development by representing our affiliate at global and regional meetings and workshops, ensure affiliate challenges, priorities and initiatives are understood and integrated into the global and regional plans • Develop our affiliate’s strategy and roadmap in line with the global and regional OPEN+ (IL6S/IWS) plans to achieve continuous improvement in the OPEN+ journey from Phase 0 to Phase 4. Assess the organization and processes to develop efficient and effective plans • Ensure the overall accountability and governance of the OPEN+ deployment and the sustainability of the system within our affiliate. Ensure all standards and processes are fully in line with the global standards and the global and region governance and deployment teams • Ensure the alignment of the operating standards according to global solutions, ensure sustainable knowledge sharing on continuous improvement tools and standard work processes, daily management systems and pillars according to the global standards. Coordinate training activities related to OPEN+ (IL6S/IWS) deployment • Ensure efficient communication and visualization on our OPEN+ (IL6S/IWS) strategy, roadmap and actions to guarantee maximum awareness and ensure compliance and alignment across the organization. Counsel the extension of the global OPEN+ strategies to local external partners and other functions within the affiliate. • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and practices === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === • A professional with minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing and LEAN / Continuous Improvement • Individuals that have prior knowledge of IWS or IL6S methodology in previous roles (strong knowledge AM and PM pillars), Standard work processes, Daily Management Processes, Continuous improvement methods and tools for Manufacturing and QA processes • Strong training, leadership, coaching and mentoring skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with ambiguity • Action and results focused with organizational agility and ability to motivate others • Fluent English === WHAT WE OFFER === Pursue your ambitions and develop your skills within a global business – our staggering size and scale provides endless opportunities to progress.
