Reporting & Analytics Manager

As a Finance Analytics Manager you will be responsible for designing various analysis proposals on SAP Central Finance and related systems and to provide best in class Management & Operational reporting capabilities, which will bring visibility to granular data, and provide clear actionable insights, which will drive growth opportunities, or enable cost reduction. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - A finance professional CA/ MBA with minimum 10-14 years of experience - A person who has worked in consumer goods industry - A person who has deep experience in Profitability analysis across various Management reporting dimensions like Product, brand, customer, channel profitability and segment reporting - An individual who has played the role of effective business partner to Supply chain and Commercials teams and has good understanding of relevant Operating and KPI reports to measure performance. - A person who has experience in effectively working and partnering with third party service providers - An individual with proven experience on designing and operating global analytics capabilities on SAP and SAP HANA/ Side car HANA/ CFiN and effectively communicating with Global stakeholders like the GPOs, GPLs, Risk & Controls etc. - A candidate who has a deep understanding of business processes – Lead to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Make to Deliver - A person who comes with a strong Risk and controls understanding, Audit experience which will aid embedding the same in the data models and Business Intelligence reporting Skills Technical - SAP Functional knowledge of SAP FICO module with in depth understanding of COPA and controlling models set in SAP - SAP S/4 HANA, side car HANA, CFiN - Microsoft office 365 tools - Working knowledge of SQL, Azure, Power Bi, Power queries etc Personal - Passionate and driven to deliver - Growth mindset - Impactful story telling - Ability to deal with global stakeholders and third-party service providers - Data driven approach HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? We are implementing Finance Digital Core, which largely includes implementation of SAP Central Finance, and some best of breed solutions, and are looking for an experienced finance professional who can work with the Reporting & Analytics lead of this initiative You will bring your knowledge and expertise to ensure the design and development of SAP Analytics solutions that meet business requirements. This involves understanding the business requirements around margin analysis, and coming up with proposals of how data should be designed in Central Finance and surrounding landscape to bring the most granular information, which can provide data driven insights You will be responsible to design and deliver impactful stories and visualization of dashboards for value proposition delivered and ensuring delivery is done in time to Global and market stakeholder along with inputs to the operating model to publish data sets to bring value-based outcomes. You will also be responsible to provide inputs to the roadmap and future of the Reporting and Analytics stream and implementation on SAP analytics for cloud and other advanced processing & reporting capabilities on Central finance.
