Your ‘day to day’: ­- Leadership and coordination of the department's strategy, projects for the region, and markets in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. - Monitoring the implementation of regular reporting and key performance indicators of the department's efficiency, cost control, and process effectiveness for all customer service processes to ensure full control over operations. - Continuous improvement of all processes in the operational center for customer service. - Defining a strategy for automating department processes, leading and coordinating the implementation of digital systems and tools. - Implementation of standard operating procedures, operational manuals, and systems. Implementation of the OPEN+ program in the market. - Preparation, management, and control of the department's budget. Providing regular reporting to management. Who we’re looking for: - A higher education degree in business administration, engineering, manufacturing, or finance. - S&OP experience in the background is critical - At least 10 years of experience in similar managerial positions in supply chain management departments, including various FMCG companies. - Professional project management skills and experience. - Strong organizational skills and planning abilities. - Experience in budget management, advanced knowledge of financial principles. - People management skills. - Proficiency in English language - upper-intermediate level or higher. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel/PowerPoint), Power BI.
