YOUR TASKS: - Responsibility for overseeing the implementation and management of the Net Promoter Score system for brand, program and channel NPS. - Ensure all NPS surveys are implemented correctly at all relevant touch points - feedback analysis and tracking of NPS scores over time to understand customer loyalty drivers, strengths and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams , to activate the NPS system through inner and outer loops and consolidate all insights from the NPS system to provide a comprehensive feedback ecosystem from customers. - Champion the voice of the consumer within the business to ensure that the consumer's perspective is considered in decision making processes, product development and marketing strategies. - Responsibility for visualizing consumer experience journey key results to reinvigorate consumer-centric thinking within the organization. - Support analysis and presentations with key consumer outcomes, for better visibility to the management team and to prepare for strategy cycles or reviews. YOUR PROFILE: - Business Degree in economics and relevant practical experience in the FMCG industry or comparable - 3-5 years of experience in marketing performance management and/or consumer insights - Good understanding of commercial route-to-market and channel roles in CX - Strong presentation skills & analytical understanding - Ability to work in a team and strong stakeholder relations skills - Fluent English, German language skills are an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
