About Empower Empower @ PMI is our Graduate Program dedicated to near-graduates or fresh graduates who want to contribute to our journey towards a smoke-free future and build their career in Philip Morris International industrial centre of excellence in Italy! This 18-month development program, held in Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna, offers an opportunity to learn from industry experts and to work in a fast-paced environment, with great opportunities to gain practical experience and participate in an engaging learning path. From day one, you will be part of our Production department in Italy, having the opportunity to get a deep understanding of highly automated production processes and hands-on experience on their continuous improvement. Your development journey: • Build up your manufacturing expertise and leadership through on-the-job assignments and peers coaching. • Explore the world of Production through multiple job rotations within the function and a shift work experience. • Discover our network of senior leaders, who will be your mentors throughout the program. • Enjoy structured learning pathways in a multicultural setting and bring your own perspective. Type of contract: 6 months internship + 12 months fixed contract Continuous evaluation during your program and should you meet all the evaluation criteria, you will have the opportunity to land a permanent role within Manufacturing and develop a rewarding career in PMI. Who we’re looking for Students who are completing their Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or have graduated within the last 12 months.
