We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Manager, responsible for the EU South East Cluster (Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Cyprus) to be based in Athens, Greece. Your ‘day to day’ • Strategy and Planning: Design and execute the Talent Strategy and plans for all cluster markets based on current and future business needs. Master change management to lead breakthrough initiatives, manage budget, and monitor KPIs. • Talent Management: Support P&C function in the implementation of the talent strategy, identify synergies, capitalize on opportunities and manage talent pipelines. Coordinate the Cluster Talent Review and Succession Planning process, consolidate relevant outcome and set relevant next steps. • Performance Management: Lead the end-to-end deployment, change management and communications of company’s performance management process . Facilitate all relevant activities and ensuring that the Cluster execution is effectively utilized and aligned in accordance with PMI global standards. • Learning & Development: Ensure all employees in the Cluster have an updated Individual Development Plan based on their potential and career aspirations. Provide a robust learning offering to meet all learning styles and close technical & soft skills gaps. Manage external partnerships and continuously improve leadership development to meet organizational requirements. • Operational Activities: Lead functional projects. Review, prioritize, guarantee efficient implementation and coordination of all Talent Management activities. • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement of the Talent Management activities, through effective collaboration, synergies, and knowledge sharing. • Leadership: Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team across Cluster. Support P&C Business Partners in formulating and implementing talent management solutions across multiple disciplines and workstreams. • Dotted-line supervision of Talent Acquisition team and overseeing the implementation of the TA strategy in EU SE Cluster. Who we’re looking for • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field • Master’s degree in HR Management/Organizational Psychology/MBA • A minimum of 8 years of previous managerial role relative to talent management, preferably in a large/multinational organization • A practical and pragmatic mindset, which has the ability to engage and lead strategic initiatives in various clusters. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in English and Greek What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
