We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect specialized in ServiceNow ITOM areas: Discovery, CSDM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, Event Management to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. ServiceNow's Integration Hub, HAM and SAM will be a plus. Key Responsibilities: • Technical Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions while staying current with platform updates and industry best practices. Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies and the evolution of current functionality to meet business needs. Participates in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform and helps with buy versus build decisions. • Platform Governance: Assists the Platform Team in implementation and maintaining of technical good practices, policies, and procedures. Contributes to governance processes. Identify improvements with internal consumers of data whose processes interact with the CMDB. • Security Assurance: Develop and maintain robust security practices within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with company security policies and industry standards. • Architectural Controls: Creates & maintains a detailed view of new and existing architecture, outlining the architecture, workflows, and configurations of ServiceNow solution. Performs impact analysis for new requirements. • Digital Experience Platform Center of Excellence: Engages with the CoE team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 2+ years as a ServiceNow architect. • 5+ years of ServiceNow development, design, or implementation experience. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. • Experience with database design schemas and data modeling, including ServiceNow CSDM. • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and scripting. • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), or certified ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred. • Previous stakeholder management experience. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM and Event Management: - Utilize expertise in CMDB to maintain accurate and up-to-date configuration data. - Manage and optimize the ITOM module to automate the CMDB population. - Management of the Event Management System. - Data modeling aligning with CSDM. - CMDB Data Manager for LifeCycle management and retiring/archiving of Cis. - Cloud Services Expertise. - Architect and engineer ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements. - Provide technical leadership in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. • Integration and Collaboration: - Ensure seamless integration between CMDB data sources and ITOM modules. - Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications. • Security and Compliance: - Implement and enforce security best practices in ITAM, ITOM, ITSM configurations. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Troubleshooting and Support: - Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow-related issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and support. - Work closely with the platform support team to resolve incidents and implement enhancements. • Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations. - Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices.
