As a Sr Manager GBS Strategy Planning and Deployment you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Global Business Solutions (GBS) strategy, planning and deployment initiatives across the organization. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders, business partners, and external stakeholders to align the GBS vision, goals, and priorities with the enterprise strategy and objectives. The Sr Manager GBS Strategy Planning and Deployment also oversees the updates and implementation of the GBS operating model, governance, and performance management frameworks, as well as the change management and communication plans to ensure the successful adoption and integration of the GBS solutions. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US Key Accountabilities: • Drive the formulation and implementation of GBS strategies and objectives and ensure alignment with evolving capabilities and processes; creates roadmap for GBS strategy execution; • Leads and manages the delivery of key strategic GBS projects with quality and providing meaningful insight as well as oversee the implementation of all projects related to strategy to ensure high standards of reasoning and strategic coherence; • Delivers and oversees key GBS strategic projects with quality and provides useful insight, and also supervises the execution of all strategy-related projects to ensure high standards of reasoning and strategic coherence; • Benchmark performance vs external providers, identify opportunities, analyze trends and lead discussions on sourcing and development strategy; Turn research into understanding that creates powerful narratives, plan and link digital and strategic elements to create GBS expansion possibilities; • Own and lead key workshops links to the strategy preparation and execution by taking responsibility for the entire process of planning, designing, facilitating, and moderating the workshops, as well as following up on the outcomes and feedback; • Own strategy cycle governance by ensuring that the strategic planning process is well-defined, communicated, and executed across the organization. It involves setting clear objectives, timelines, roles, and responsibilities for each stage of the strategy cycle, from vision to execution. It also entails monitoring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of the strategic initiatives, as well as facilitating feedback and learning loops; • Prepare materials for key meetings means by creating and delivering high-quality presentations, documents, and data that support the strategic decision-making and communication of the organization. It involves understanding the purpose, audience, and agenda of each meeting, and tailoring the content and format accordingly as well as collaborating with other stakeholders, conducting research and analysis. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A candidate with bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred; • At least 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, planning, and deployment of global business services, shared services, or outsourcing solutions in a large and complex organizations; • Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams, projects, and programs in a matrixed environment, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and levels; • Strong knowledge and understanding of the GBS best practices, trends, and benchmarks, as well as the challenges and opportunities in the GBS landscape; • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights from various sources and translate them into actionable plans and recommendations; • A person who can convey strategies to stakeholders with great storytelling skills; • Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening. English proficiency at C1 level is a must.
