Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Singapore under Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd (PMSG). PMSG operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. Depending on your experience level, this position would be either Specialist or Senior Specialist People Engagement. Reporting to the Manager People Engagement, you will be responsible for supporting the manager to understand the experience of employees of the business cluster (Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau and China)/country. Based on data collected through various internal employee engagement, this role supports in creating and the execution of a thorough internal engagement and communication strategy, to improve the engagement, sense of belonging, and advocacy for our company. Key areas to focus on in creating such a strategy include change management, internal communications and diversity. All efforts are to be effectively communicated to the organization, looking after both employee and business needs. Who we’re looking for • Possible degrees include business administration, Communications, Public Relations, HR Management, Inclusion & Diversity Management • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience first experience in Communications, Journalism, Inclusion & Diversity or Change Management • First experience in deriving action from insights & making suggestions for initiatives • First experiences in devising messages for different audiences and in various formats • Experienced in Photoshop, Canva and other digital content creation software, etc. • Proactive and passionate about driving best-in-class employee experience by deriving actions through insights • Team oriented • Strong writing skills in both English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus) • Natural tendency in storytelling • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
