Due to an internal promotion and reporting to the Director People & Culture Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands, we are looking for an Integrated Talent Management & People Engagement Manager ANZ to play a crucial role in aligning organizational goals with talent strategies by effectively managing and developing talent while fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration driving our values and behaviours. Your impact: • Lead and facilitate strategic workforce planning to ensure alignment to organizational goals • Provide consulting support to Business Partners to design and evolve a holistic approach to developing our employee’s knowledge, skills and behaviors • Partnering with P&C Managers to support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning and executing their individual development and succession plans for critical roles • Deploy leadership development programs to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the culture, effectively lead, engage and develop their teams • Lead engagement and communication projects and facilitate end to end action planning cycle • Plan and coordinate the local Diversity and Inclusion strategy to drive our global agenda and deploy/coordinate initiatives to increate an inclusive, safe and empowering culture Who we are looking for: • An expert in core P&C areas of intervention (Talent Management, Learning and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, & Strategic Workforce Planning) • Business partnering industry experience in a matrixed multinational FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Retail environment is highly advantageous • A disruptive and impactful change agent with a passion for D&I with demonstrated experience bringing insight to action • Data driven and digitally savvy with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels Please submit your application by May 3rd 2024 Candidates must legally be able to work in Australia.
