Your ‘day to day’ Partner with commercial leadership teams on strategic organizational plans, fostering an engaged, inclusive, and diverse organization equipped with distinctive capabilities, holding consumer empathy at the heart, innovating with speed, and cultivating a winning culture that also rewards noble failures. Work alongside Director People & Culture and functional peers to formulate and deploy long-term organizational strategy for the affiliate in full accordance with business and global priorities. • Co-operate with the other components of the P&C organization (e.g., Labour Relations, Organization Effectiveness, People Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Management and Development, P&C in the other functions, P&C Operations, Shared Service Centre) to identify, share, customize and implement the best ideas to support the business. Major accountabilities • Contextualize and adapt global People & Culture (P&C) strategy to unique needs of the functions and the market • Create and drive forward looking organizational strategy for the functions to impact business success • Empower the functional leaders to create and action a robust engagement strategy to drive strong employee engagement • Lead activities enabling every single employee to display PMI values and behaviors and make them part of our day to day life • Deploy Operating Models to achieve the business strategy effectively & efficiently • Lead business change initiatives together with the senior leadership team and enable change management practices across all the levels of the organization • Define and deploy talent strategy sustaining a well-developed, diverse pipeline of talent delivering strong succession for critical positions and continuously equip line managers with tools to identify, develop, and retain their talents • Support deployment of the leadership and functional capability building to enable the leaders for the future and support their lifetime employability • Co-operate with all the stream of P&C organization (Integrated Talent Management, People Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Shared Service Center, global Centers of Expertise) to identify, share, customize and implement products and processes to facilitate the organizational growth Who we’re looking for • 10+ years of experience in People & Culture for a multinational FMCG organization • Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Effectiveness • Good understanding of core People & Culture areas of intervention, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership development, Talent acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Experience • Data driven, business focused & experience led What we offer We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions. The position has a salary range between $173,000 and $195,000.
