Join us in our People & Culture Team by becoming a member of Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Team focusing on Learning, Talent & Leadership Development, Performance Management and Workforce Planning. As ITM Specialist you will assist the ITM Manager in developing a dedicated agenda for Philip Morris Türkiye in line with PMI P&C’s strategic priorities and market business needs. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating, deploying and measuring these initiatives. Main responsibilities include: • People & Culture Strategy & Planning - Actively participating in the formulation and execution of the Integrated Talent Management (ITM) strategy of the market based on, business strategy and global People & Culture (P&C) priorities. • Capability Building Initiatives – Participating in the design and delivery of solutions, providing insights and develops/ delivering workshops, training to audience for agreed programs • Talent Management – Supporting the coordination of Talent Review & Performance Management processes in the market. • People Analytics - Providing analysis and recommendations on organizational matters to generate insights, identify trends on KPIs & co-formulate the market ITM priorities. • Project Management – Taking role in P&C projects ensuring successful delivery, resource management and effective communication. Who we’re looking for: This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile: You • Hold a university degree • Have min 2-3 years work experience in P&C, HR, OD or ITM in a multinational or a reputable local organization. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Have experience in working with external vendors, in delivering training and had exposure to several areas of ITM (Capability building, Change Management, Leadership and Talent Development). • Have the ability to work independently and engage with multi-stakeholders within a team • Have strong conceptual thinking ability to connect the dots and entrepreneurship to deploy ideas • Have excellent command of communication, presentation and facilitation • Are at ease with data management/systems and project management One more thing: at Philip Morris we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
