You will be responsible for driving and establishing a service mind-set and culture within our regional Product & Experience Delivery (P&ED) community and measuring, monitoring and improving service experiences across employee journey. This includes independently assessing and assuring the quality of the product delivery and service experience across the entire P&ED portfolio. Central to this will be collaboration with internal and external partners to P&C (People & Culture, Products Team, Global Delivery Teams) to establish, monitor and deploy initiatives. The role Managing P&ED services in a consistent way throughout Mexico, deploying P&ED Products and Services in the most efficient and effective way. Continuously streamline and optimize the processes to ensure that solutions proposed and implemented will satisfy the demand for high-quality service in the most effective and efficient way from overall business perspective. Reporting to the P&ED Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team whereas you will continuously expand your team and your own capabilities but also encourage a work environment of openness and transparency, creating space to deliver and values diversity of opinions. Your ‘day to day’ • Manage services provided by Payroll Service Provider to ensure that the top quality and timely services are delivered according to the contractual agreements; • Advise on Labor Law topics, handling external partners such as Social Security, Labor Office, Tax Office, etc. critical for the rapidly changing legal context; • Ensure full compliance & adherence to mexican legislation and company policies and procedures; • Monitor and ensure timely preparation, update and amending of policies and procedures required based on the Labor Law legislation; • Provide consultative and advisory support to P&C Function on related P&ED matters; • Ensure that local controls and audit mechanisms are in place and completed to fully comply to PMI standards • Manage and monitor the local benefits portfolio with external broker to ensure they are meaningful, cost effective, adequate for each market and to PMI standards, and effectively communicated and administered (Pension, Medical, communication sessions and programs, etc.) • Manage and ensure effective administration processes’ run; maintenance of affiliates’ personnel documentation system in full compliance with legal, statutory and company requirements • Prepare and control of HR budgets (vendors/overheads) • Guarantee a close stakeholder management, seeking out for opportunities into our service lines and employee experience to deliver a long-term value. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or other related field, preference to those with Master’s Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources • Prior experience in a similar service delivery managerial role, with preference to those having experience in multinational firms and running large (HR) operations units • Strong service management mindset: ability to link service experience to optimize employee experience • Strong understanding in performance standards: concepts, definitions, practical application and monitor for success • Effective challenger and change agent • Strong communication skills (verbal and written/visual): able to create and deliver compelling presentations; Storytelling through data to drive decision making • Ability to assess and interpret data and provide insight on service performance, capacity planning, etc. • Strong Business Acumen: ability to understand business context and translate into solutions • Innovation, analytical mindset and advanced problem solving skills • Fluency in English and Spanish What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
