TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Permanent - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ You will have one of the most critical roles in the P&C Operations Operating Model, ensuring the effectiveness of all products and services delivered into market's functions, providing market insights through effective employee experience feedback loops, and managing the deployment of new products. Furthermore, you will ensure Stakeholder satisfaction through better demand prediction and responsiveness to service challenges at market level, with clear owners for issue resolution. At PMI, P&C Operations includes: P&C Call Centre & Employee Data Administration (in partnership with regional team), Payroll Administration, Benefits (Health, Wellbeing, Benefits Administration, and Pension Administration), Expatriate Management & Domestic Relocation (in partnership with Global Mobility team), Rewards & Recognition, Employee Experience, and P&C Analytics & Reporting. Our consumers include our Managers, our Employees (including new hires and terminated employees) and other P&C functions Account Management • Ownership for the effectiveness of all products and services delivered into the market providing ‘consumer perspective’ on product health insights to relevant teams • Lead the planning and execute the transformation of P&C Operations Korea team to the new PMI P&C Operating model. Stakeholder Management • Responsible for developing and ongoing relationship within the local market: partnering with P&C functions to ensure seamless service execution to their populations and managing local relationship with vendor, external regulatory (tax, ministry of manpower, etc) and internal risk and control groups. Consumer Centric Service Delivery & Product Feedback • Understand consumer demands & embed these in product delivery to ensure optimal consumer experience • Monitor P&C market industry trends to identify new opportunities & use such data to look for trends and problems, & analyze these to improve service delivery • Provide market feedback, intelligence and insights for product development and value creation & champion market driven product requirements, while predicting market demand P&C Operations Product Deployment • Accountable for P&C Operations deployment planning in the market and for attending the stage gates to represent market needs • Monitor P&C Operations product adoption and service execution to ensure defined outcomes achieved and delivered to agreed standards to market requirements, redressing gaps identified • Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Delivery Team and P&C to deploy product changes into markets Change Management • Change Agent for new or changes to P&C Products, monitoring product adoption defining interventions for optimal success, & P&C delivery on major functional projects e.g., business transformation or market re-orgs • Champion Employee Experience and oversight of feedback loop for prioritization of change requirements WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering or Finance; having completed a Master’s Degree in the same field is an advantage - A minimum of 10 years prior experience in a large multinational environment - People Managment Experience (Need to lead a team) - Prior experience managing client/ employee facing teams, including HR Business Partner roles, is an advantage - Solid experience in Stakeholder engagement, End consumer experience, Service orientation, & with knowledge of HR Operations delivery understanding business context and able to translate into solutions - An in-depth understanding of local labor environment and laws, with effective business communication - Good command of written and spoken English and Korean (both written / verbal) WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
