Strategy & Program Delivery Senior Specialist

For our Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) team we are currently looking for a S&PD Lead. WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE? As a S&PD lead, you will support the development and execution of strategy through collaborating with partners, performing data collection, analysis and reporting, long range planning and decision making. In additional to the strategy cycle, you will work on key strategic initiatives to identify and validate new business opportunities, realize anticipated benefits or solve problems to bring the organization forward. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? - Support Strategy Cycle / Long Range Plan preparation - Collect and analyze market data and prepare strategic insights - Perform profitability analysis - Prepare ROI calculations to ensure proper budget allocation and use it to drive valuable discussions - Support in preparation for various Regional/OC presentations (Business reviews, Category market visits etc.) - Support of business cases preparation for new product launches - Various ad-hoc analysis WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? - University/College degree, preferably in economics - 3+ years of professional experience in financial planning & reporting / data analytics / market research - Strong quantitative, analytics and problem-solving capabilities - Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation - Good influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to advise and constructively challenge senior team members - Able to prioritize and work effectively, independently and with a team - Czech/Slovak speaker with fluency in English WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package such as: - Flexible working hours / home office possibility - 25 vacation days and 4 sick days - Summer/winter vacation contribution - 11 000 points in Benefit Café, Multisport card, Meal tickets - Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar)
