ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

We are currently looking for an ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (CONSUMER PROGRAMS) WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE: • Active work with consumers’ needs, expectations, and pain points to create clear consumer acquisition strategy along the consumer journey, focusing on consumer programs driving the consumer acquisition (eg. product awareness, member gets member, guided trial, and conversion etc.) • Closely collaborate on program design initiatives with Category team to ensure delivery of program KPIs for Category profitability and growth • Continuously track and analyze program performance and adjust program mechanics accordingly • Ensure alignment of Programs on Europe and global level to create program roadmaps • Regularly test new experiences, communication or offers with consumers to ensure understanding, appeal, and relevance of all executions in the market • Ensure efficient and effective use of resources for a given scope of retention programs • Ensure proper funnel tracking of all initiatives within organization WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • University degree, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field • Experience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in multinational environment (3 years min.) • Project management experience (2 years min., 5+ members) • English is a must, Czech/Slovak as an advantage • Strong business acumen and communication, presentation and analytical skills • Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package such as: - Flexible working hours / home office possibility - 25 vacation days and 4 sick days - Summer/winter vacation contribution - 11 000 points in Benefit Café, Multisport card, Meal tickets - Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar)
