Loyalty & Promotion Specialist

We are currently looking for a position of Loyalty & Promotion Specialist On this position you will be responsible for: • Designing, planning, and preparing loyalty and promotion campaigns for our customers from a 360 perspective • Ensuring execution of retention programs, such as IQOS loyalty program (see IQOSCLUB.CZ) or trade-in program to drive customer engagement • Ownership not only for creative part of program design but also for continuous tracking and analyzing program performance • Developing retention strategies driven by data analysis of customer behavior, needs and feedbacks. • Close collaboration with Category, Digital, Orchestration or CRM teams – based on specific project needs. • Working closely with digital agency (3rd party management) to make sure deliverables are executed in a timely and effective way. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field • Experience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in multinational environment (3 years min.) • Project management experience (2 years min, 5+ members) • Ability to analyze data and put it into context • Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Fluent English is a must, Czech/Slovak is an advantage • Experience with leading 3rd party employees is an advantage WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package such as: - Flexible working hours / home office possibility - 25 vacation days and 4 sick days - Summer/winter vacation contribution - 11 000 points in Benefit Café, Multisport card, Meal tickets - Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar)
