Digital at PMI is dynamic, diverse and disruptive. We are looking for Sr. Team Lead Digital Marketing who will be responsible for the planning, deployment and evaluation of various Digital strategies with the key focus on consumer experience of our websites and mobile app. The key objective of this role is to constantly look at ways to improve and to encourage more visitors to find, explore, experience and buy our products in the digital environment. WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE: • Lead a team responsible for the localization and activation of global and local programs and campaigns across own digital channels with focus on website and apps. • Analyze consumer & business needs in order to propose needed digital systems developments or adaptations. • Work closely with other business functions in order to achieve better online consumer experience and fulfill business objectives. • Be responsible for dedicated systems run & support in order to provide high quality daily experience for end users and also to keep systems complaint from legal & security side. • Manage 3rd party agencies and suppliers. • Manage cookie policy and domain registration. • Analyze the results of digital activities and activations and share appropriate information and recommendations for improvement and optimization. • Prepare budget follow up and ensure proper planning and resource allocation, with emphasis on cost efficiencies. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • College/university degree; marketing or business field is advantage • Advanced English • Min. 3 years of experience in Digital or Marketing role • Proven team management skills. Project management experience is a plus. • Understanding of SEO • Detail oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment • Quick learner with proactive and can do attitude and ability to effective prioritize and multi-task • Broad knowledge of the digital landscape and the latest technologies with a deep understanding of omni-channel processes, engagement and operations. • Team-oriented with a positive spirit and attitude as well as passion for sharing and implementation of best practice.
