Communication Specialist- Brand Engagement

Our dream is to convert every adult smoker that would otherwise continue to smoke, to these smoke-free platforms. To help us achieve our dream, we need your help! We are currently looking for a Communication specialist YOUR ROLE WILL BE: • Participating in the development and implementation of a comprehensive PMI branding strategy • Close cooperation with colleagues from Brand, Marketing & Communication to define communication strategy aligned with overall corporate strategy. • Content creation and transcreation of global assets for print & digital platforms to support brand awareness, brand building, new product launches and sales. • Conducting regular surveys and analyzes • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and making recommendations for improvement • Close cooperation with the global and local creative agencies WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field • Experience in marketing and communication, preferably in multinational environment (2 years min.) • Project management experience (1 year min) • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English is a must. • Strong communication, presentation skills • Experience in entering agency briefs and debriefs. • Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a competitive salary (minimum 1671 EUR) and excellent benefits package such as: - 13th & 14th salary - Extra days off - Flexible working time - Supplementary pension plan (III. pillar) - Life & accident insurance - MultiSport Card - Employee Assistance Program - Opportunities for career development & growth - Work for a multinational company - certified Equal Salary & TopEmployer
