The mission of the Trade Engagement team is to develop a B2B strategy with our retailers in mind. It needs to consider their business, needs and gaps and find solutions that help them in their daily life. The goal is to create share of love and share of market. As Digital B2B Trade Engagement Executive you will support the development of our Trade Community via our Digital B2B platform. Trough that platform, you will help the Commercial Team to deliver the ultimate support towards and engagement with our retailers. Responsibilities of the role: • You’ll develop and manage digital campaign/content together with internal commercial and marketing stakeholders to maximise the output. You oversee the engagement plans and schedule the activities. • You’ll liaise with digital agencies to make those activities engaging and resonate the retailer’s tone of voice. • Based on data of the trade community, users, behaviour, and activities, you will adapt message to improve reach and engagement week after week. Reset/pivot is always an option even if it was good idea. You go for quality over quantity. • You are curious and you know the latest trends and news, you know what’s going on in the retail. You listen to the retailers and what they think. You: • You are a digital savvy person. Digital for you is a given asset in any business growth today. • You love the changes and can adapt quickly, even taking advantage of it. • You have a ‘make it happen’ mind-set and can work in full autonomy as well. • You have a disruptive mind-set, hands-on to bring good ideas into reality afterwards. • You’re excellent in communication and collaboration. • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French (preferably Dutch) What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
