The Commercial Support Executive’s main goal is to support the Customer Development, Consumer Experience and Commercial Planning teams with main admin tasks related to basic content administration, commercial master data maintenance, training, and commercial reporting. • Guaranteed 14th month pay • Hybrid Set up in Rockwell, Makati • Leave conversion • PHP10,000 annual medical reimbursement • Retirement plan Accountabilities: **Master data and Reporting main tasks Coordinate with multiple markets stakeholders on requirements gathering and delivery of services Maintain and validate Commercial Master Data Understand, validate and document multiple Trade Programs and other Commercial services Monitor and report performance of Commercial activities like KPIs, trade programs, etc. Manage user access administration for various Commercial systems Provide inputs on continuous improvements for the processes owned Support in any other administrative Commercial tasks He / she can achieve this through: Basic understanding of commercial concepts and company processes Good understanding commercial and B2B Engagement systems Solid customer service and detail orientation Well organized and with good knowledge of record keeping practices Resourceful, self-sufficient and independent What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
