We are looking for a Product Owner to join our outstanding Commercial Planning Team. In this role, you will be responsible to shape the future of our digital products (e.g., omnichannel registration) enabling the business strategy across multi category products in physical channels across the UK. Building positive relationships with both internal and external team members in relation to the development of the consumer experience of the product will be key! Your ‘day to day’ Digital product Development • You will be collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders to understand business needs, strategic direction using this to find relevant solutions to solve consumer problems. • Being the single point of contact for all the category teams, you’ll understand their specific needs and take full ownership of designing the product roadmap to achieve both current and future requirements. • You will own the digital product roadmap, which may include both local and global developments. This includes but is not limited to prioritisation, in-line with commercial initiatives, identifying commercial opportunities and creating the relevant cases to support the initiative. Key Performance Indicators and Metrics • As the Product Owner, you’ll identify key metrics that are critical for business success and ensuring progress against these are communicated regularly within global and local commercial team. Internal & External Stakeholders • You’ll be leading, guiding, and influencing team members up to leadership level, on all digital product related matters. Commercial Opportunities • You’ll demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach in investigating current consumer behaviours, iterating processes, and overcoming potential barriers to drive continuous improvements. • You will take the needed measures to improve the quality of the product while also using your experience to see any future or immediate risks that may harm business performance. About You We are looking for someone who has proven experience in product management, including product planning, prioritization, and roadmap development. Someone who is a self-starter, curious and like to take initiatives to look at the art of possibilities within their role! You can effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders, including customers, development teams, and executive leadership while working and leading end-to-end processes with KPI’s/targets as a main indicator of success. You are proficient in gathering and defining product requirements, translating user needs into actionable user stories, and maintaining a product backlog. You’ll have ideally a solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, to facilitate iterative development and product delivery. You’ll need a basic understanding of technical concepts with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You can demonstrate your ability to use data and analytics to make informed product decisions, measure product success, and iterate on strategies accordingly. Familiarity with UX design principles and practices to advocate for user-centric design decisions and enhance the overall user experience is desired. You'll have strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and adapt to evolving requirements and market conditions. To be successful in your application, you will be required to have the right to work in the UK. Relocation support is not available for this role.
