As a Product Executive, you will coordinate planning and development of product portfolio and offline marketing strategies aimed at growing of our portfolio products and legal age consumer awareness YOUR DAY TO DAY • Management of the brand(s) product development and deployment process in order to meet current and forecasted demand, respond to the consumer needs including identifying opportunities, business case development, coordination with key stakeholders, obtaining local and global approvals, developing packaging & pricing, briefing and aligning commercial & back-office teams. • Ongoing maintenance of our portfolio of special product offers & bundles; pricing proposals, measuring, and tracking performance, optimizing product offers to maximize performance, and coordinating deployment with key stakeholders. • Lead the Offline Consumer Engagement strategy. Including development and execution of all offline consumer education/engagement initiatives, as well as management of 3rd party agencies. • Assess the results of brand initiatives and take steps to achieve agreed launch objectives. • Planning, agency management, developing all deployment details, and monitoring in-field execution, as well as ongoing offline competitive analysis and monitoring. • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with agencies/vendors in order to ensure the provision of high-quality services within satisfactory lead-times at competitive prices and according to RBH standards. • Control all direct marketing expenses and analyze the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of all marketing activities for the brand portfolio in order to achieve maximum return on investment. YOU ARE THE RIGTH FIT IF YOU HAVE • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant Degree in Marketing • Min 3+ years previous experience in Product development & Marketing, preferably in Brand Management. • Experience in the vaping industry is a strong asset. • Experience in product development, brand building & offline engagement • Strong analytical skills – able to convert insights into action. • Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. PMP Certification is a plus. • Able to lead large groups and projects with multiple stakeholders. • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English. • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies is a strong asset. • Bilingual: French/English is an asset. For this position the salary range is between $85,240 to $90,567 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
