We are currently looking for a Commercial Deployment Executive for our Helsinki office to support with the deployment of our smoke-free products in the HoReCa and event business, among others. This position requires a driven, entrepreneurial individual who has a good understanding of the Finnish HoReCa business and preferably experience from FMCG business. Your day-to-day In your role, you will be responsible for scouting new opportunities and developing relationships with potential HoReCa and event partners to deploy our smoke-free products. You will also focus on maintaining and continuously improving the deployment within our already existing channels. You will be in a key role to provide insights and analysis of the market to assist with strategic decision making. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionally on initiatives to deliver improvement in consumer engagement across different channels. This is a parental leave coverage from August 2024 and for a duration of 12 months. Who we’re looking for: • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and sense of ownership of what you do. • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your actions have a great impact. • You have some experience working within the HoReCa or similar industry, preferably in the greater Helsinki area and can demonstrate an understanding of the consumer journey within FMCG products. • You possess outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally.
