Maintenance Lead

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Philip Morris Investments B.V. (PMI) is looking for a Maintenance Lead in Bergen op Zoom. This dynamic department is on the eve of a great challenge! It is not only a unique process that works with modern equipment and systems, but the department is deploying Integrated Operating System (IOS) named as OPEN+. In this context we are looking for to fulfill the mentioned position. As Maintenance Lead, optimum utilization (and improvement) of the capacity of our process is essential. To achieve this, you will work closely with the supporting departments such as maintenance and engineering. You act as the owner of the Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Scheduling & Planning, and Defect Handling systems where you will be coaching shop-floor team to get the desired business results. You have thorough technical acumen and a strong problem-solving capacity. Collaboration between the production department and the supporting departments is important to fulfil the role successfully. THE CHALLENGE • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (MP&S); Leads the scheduling and participates in the execution of the regular maintenance activities as prescribed in maintenance tasks. Review, prioritize and manage 24 hours’ work notification and backlog work orders in order to meet the business results. Ensure the maintenance technical documentation is available and up to date. Participate actively in the development and reviews of the line(s) annual maintenance plan; • Driving Performance through Loss Elimination and Continuous Improvement; by actively participating in the development, implementation and review of the master plan; • Equipment and technological processes; you work closely together with the production and the maintenance department on analyzing and performing maintenance work. The most important goal here is to achieve or improve the agreed targets of the department. In this position you work closely together with your peer Process lead, and you support the Line Lead of the department; • Capability building in technical mastery; As an SME in the technical field, you ensure that the training plan is implemented; • QEHSS & Legal compliance and adherence to the standard; you ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies, tasks and IMS. You adhere to all quality, environmental and health, safety and security rules (QEHS&S). As the owner of the DMS you are responsible for eliminating incidents; you also investigate how these can be prevented; • Change management; You lead the change process of processes / products, including benchmarking and possible introduction to other departments; REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS To be eligible for this position: • You will have completed a Technical bachelor education or similar; • You have vast experience of maintenance concepts and production processes; • You have a good eye for technical details; • You have system knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office; • You have professional knowledge of the English and Dutch language; OUR OFFER You will become part of an organization that invests in you.
