WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ management/business/engineering/ computer science • 5+ years of experience configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactor solution to support the business processes • SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred • Experience of the SuccessFactors and broader SAP cloud reporting tools • Knowledge of SAP Success Factor Release Management process • Experience working in a fast paced environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities • Ability to independently manage several tasks simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines • Experience working with 3rd Party vendor to configure and support SAP Success Factor solution • Experience in global support environment and with geographically dispersed teams • Experience in working in a remote and multi-cultural environment • Working knowledge of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP and experience with tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) • Strong English communication & presentation skills • Strategic thinker, challenging status quo, and a good problem solver • Highly collaborating and inclusive behaviour • Experience in Salesforce would be a plus factor • Ability to lead customer facing workshops and meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts • Mobile and can travel as the need arises WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Take an end-to-end architectural view of the SuccessFactors reporting solution, considering which reports should be developed in which SAP tools, and where reporting belongs outside of SuccessFactors for particular categories of use case • Design, develop and implement IT solutions based on Success Factor products in the area of Reporting and Analytics according to architectural standards and roadmaps for HR domain • Analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and indicate implications and outcomes of proposed design and be able to translate them to users • Participate with architects in assessing new technologies - Implement solutions consistent with overall technical guidelines • Participate in HR projects with system implications, playing the role of SAP SuccessFactor solution expert • Understand and ensure proper data security & data protection standards • Challenge business requirements to find optimal solution in terms of fulfilling business needs, system standardization and technologies used • Provide maintenance and support for local and global HR solutions not limited to SAP SuccessFactors to ensure performance and reliability • Work with local, global, and external partners to improve the maturity and reliability of the services • Ensuring service levels meet customer needs • Working with remote multi-cultural teams • Continuously drive the improvements related to processes and system supported • Contribute to roadmap definition, continuous improvement of solution operations and the speed in delivery of capabilities and innovation Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
