Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, nimble & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting state of the art and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. When you join this team, you will work closely with the IT Product and Operations leadership team and critical business customers as a trusted technology partner to embed continuous innovation, work at speed and scale, develop your career in numerous directions in line with your aspirations and in a truly international and diverse context. What’s the purpose of this role? Co-ordinate and consolidate the management of IT application services from Service Providers in order to provide an end-to-end IT service management to the Operations Function in PMI and to Affiliates, their customers and their users, whilst ensuring that the services consistently meet the business objectives and requirements for performance, quality, cost and assurance. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR? • A candidate with passion about IT technology and improve business processes and deliver customer happiness • 3-5 years of experience tech-savvy in IT analyst role/subject matter expert or similar role, preferably in one of areas: Manufacturing/Operation/Quality domain • Experience working GxP processes & FDA requirements (Computerized System Validation) • Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) / Manufacturing / Operations Quality solutions • Knowledge and experience working with Amazon Web Services (nice to have AWS certificates) • Solid understanding of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP and experience with tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) • Consumer-centric approach and comfortable in dealing with external & internal partners at all levels • Critical thinking, challenging status quo, problem solving, strong communication skills • Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment WHAT WE OFFER YOU • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW YOU CAN MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Being an expert of one of the most critical enterprise solutions used in PMI Quality Laboratories worldwide • Develop and test new software capabilities or new software solutions to address requirements, with an effective control framework that adheres to PMI and regulatory requirements (GxP) • Ensure an effective transition of solutions into operations with the appropriate resources, procedures and feedback mechanisms to understand usage • Promote experiments, new capabilities and findings to other collaborators to facilitate adoption and benefits realization • Contribute to roadmap definition, continuous improvement of solution operations and the speed in delivery of capabilities and innovation • Working with remote multi-cultural teams to continuously drive improvements related to validated systems • Support the validation of new and existing computerized systems and applications in compliance with GxP principles, FDA requirements and GAMP guidelines • Supporting RFI and RFP processes for IT solutions Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
