TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Permanent - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ 1) Research, evaluate and develop new Data Management Service to support PMI Enterprise Data Platform capabilities to solve new data problems and challenges. 2) Work in one or more cross-functional teams to develop prototypes, and proof of concepts and implement data projects with a focus on collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing, and visualizing large sets leveraging the PMI Enterprise Data Platform. 3) Design, development, and maintenance of B2B digital solutions including eCommerce, Sales Information, digital marketing, and Business Intelligence to achieve PMK strategies in line with the global PMI standards and procedures 4) Understand the Consumer Journey framework and differentiate consumer experience via B2B digital solutions and design their solutions to interface with the Other global/local Ecosystem 5) Understand commercial business needs, rationalize and define IT solutions to deliver tangible business benefits to commercial departments 6) Proactively identify business requirements and agree on the solution with Local, Regional, and Global Key stakeholders 7) Support the deployment and localization of global/core business system solutions and IT projects to enable business in collaboration with global support team and global/local vendors. 8) Support delivering IT services in an optimum way and ensure proper service management practices are in place to maximize operational efficiency. 9) Support planning and managing the delivery of consulting and other services by external and internal service providers to ensure delivered service levels meet the business needs. Select and manage the contractual relationships with any locally sourced vendors. 10) Actively collaborate and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and service partners on all aspects of service delivery to ensure the end-to-end service chain is aligned to meet the current and future needs of the customers. 11) Ensure adherence to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by supporting the assessment, planning, and implementation of IT ISDP requirements (policies, guidelines, Data Privacy, etc.) to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University or above preferred - At least 3-6 years in relevant IT and Digital experience - Experiences in a multinational company with a global IT Organization/set-up and outsourcing model preferred - Strong technical knowledge in commercial and digital platforms in an FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) environment, and a good understanding of retail business (B2B) in digital space and offline touchpoints like the CVS store - Highly Preferred knowledge of Data architecture and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power-BI, SQL programming, Building ETL processes, Data ingestion from APIs, - Understanding or experience in using productized Cloud Services (Amazon Web Service, Microsoft, or Google) - Hands-on experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements and converting to solution design - Experience in Software Development Cycle a plus (process & platform design, tool implementation, and user validation test) - Ability to effectively collaborate in a project-based organization (Experience in Atlassian products or Microsoft Teams is a plus) - Good command of written and spoken English and Korean - Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
