YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsibility for the entire Consumer Journey concept and the "consumer journey map" - Definition of the most important target groups for customer acquisition and retention and identification of strategic priorities for our sales organization and management - Responsibility for interpreting the Consumer Journey map and identifying remaining gaps, as well as developing new commercial projects to close these experience gaps - Monitoring the impact of commercial projects on the general Consumer Journey KPIs for acquisition & win-back - Identifying areas of opportunity through data and analysis - Training the entire organization on the Consumer Journey and developing various training concepts for different target groups accordingly - Participation in international workshops on Consumer Journey & Consumer Analytics as well as knowledge and information exchange - Supporting budget planning, collecting inputs, working closely with procurement departments to create reliable cost estimates for all projects YOUR PROFILE: - Completed business studies and relevant practical experience; ideally with a focus on business administration/marketing or a comparable (academic) education - At least 6-7 years of experience in business/trade and consumer-oriented functions (marketing, strategic planning, sales) - Preferably experience or know-how in market research and/or data intelligence - Advanced knowledge of marketing processes and data analytical skills - Ideally initial management experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a targeted manner - Passionate customer orientation as well as strategic and structured thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with management - Business fluent English in written and spoken, German is an advantage Do you want to be part of this transformation?
