We are currently on the lookout for a Consumer Insights Analyst based in Auckland, New Zealand. This role provides support to the Business Planning, Strategy, and Insights Team to better understand our consumers, and consumer behavior across all our categories and channels. This role will suit someone who wants to grow their career, enjoys numbers, interested in discovering insights, proficient on Excel and adaptable! A day in the life of Consumer Insights Analyst: • Track consumer experience across journey phases: support CX team on where opportunities or enhancements of experience required • Translate consumer critical metrics from business metrics to reflect consumer journey trends (Acquisition, retention, and abandonment) • Support the Regional Insights team to coordinate and facilitate focus groups for survey data. • Work with external parties (such as Circana) to access and observe market changes and consumer behaviors. • Relay business needs to organise analysis of consumer experience gaps (unmet needs/difficulties with context), share with the relevant team to improve analytics. • Monitor data insights from commercial experiments and findings from projects to understand the impact to consumer acquisition quality and retention to support improvements to performance • Support with initiative planning and user insights process (from briefing to execution) in line with business priorities. We’re looking for someone who has: • 2 - 3 years of experience in a Market Research environment or in an Analyst role • Intermediate to Advanced skill in MS Excel • Experience in BI Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) advantageous, however not essential If you do not meet all the criteria, e.g. You have worked in FMCG and know your way around Excel, we would still love to hear from you!
