We offer the opportunity to join our CRM and analysis team, which is at the core of our business at Philip Morris Israel Ltd. (PML). The position will be part of the CRM and analytics team. It will be responsible for building new dashboards and maintaining existing ones while analyzing the information and KPIs to improve the customer journey. The selected candidate will report to CRM and consumer journey supervisor. Main responsibilities: • Design, Build, implement, and maintain BI dashboards for a wide range of needs across domains in the Marketing department. • Translate data findings into actionable and strategic insights using strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills. • Analyze large, complex data sets representing users’ behavior, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions. • On going Monitoring and take part in setting business KPIs. • Building control processes to track program performance and data validation. • Be a hands-on manager while also serve as strategic data Focal point. • Present and promote data driven business thinking. WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS? • 3 years in data B2C analysis position • A master in Power BI or similar– Mandatory • Experience with building visualizations and reports. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent fields • Ability to cope with changing requirements and levels of uncertainty in a dynamic environment. • Experience driving consumer insights. • Experience working in a global environment. • A problem solver, experienced working under pressure • Experience working with Salesforce – preferred. • Fluent (read, write, and present) English and Hebrew – Mandatory • Strong knowledge of all office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
