Joining the Digital Products Portfolio The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a meaningful role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. We are enabling digital services to our consumers and retailers by building platforms to communicate our vision to broader society. Together with talent from multiple business and technology functions across our footprint, we are delivering a premium experience for our consumers. You will be primarily focusing on defining your Digital Product vision, regularly engaging with your customers to capture feedback and understand their needs in order to improve value. You will be part of all stages of Digital Product incremental value delivery. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent • 5+ year experience working with the Salesforce products and managed packages • Experience as a lead/senior developer on Salesforce products such as: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud • Experience in designing end-to-end solutions and ability to properly link business processes, data flows and system functionalities • JavaScript, Python, AWS knowledge a plus • A strong attitude for problem solving and dealing with ambiguity is expected. • Project Management and/or Lean/Agile tools expertise highly desirable • Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment • A collaborative approach to all types of external and internal partners WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Collaborate with our solution managers and their development teams, providing guidance, creating low level designs on different solutions • Performing code review and coach developers on best practices • Create required documentations • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of code and performance You will have a strong focus the technical aspects of the products while understanding the business requirements to translate those into technical solutions, following standard methodologies and ensuring scalability/flexibility.
