Responsibilities of the role: • Partner with trade marketing department in building of activities for our ditgital trade engagement platform and offline tools to maximize retailer engagement with our brands • Liaise with commercial planning, business planning, logistics, product development, market research and country teams to provide regular updates and align with needs of frontline teams in terms of brand support activities • Develop pricing plans, starting from market analytics, distilling trends, and proposing strategic and tactical pricing interventions on portfolio or selective sku’s. Follow through from agreed pricing plan with management up to delivering final pricing/sku to the market involving and aligning key stakeholders (country team, business planning team, legal, external affairs, regional team, S&OP team,…) • Develop and roll-out country specific initiatives with holistic package, pricing/sizing, business plan with in-market objectives, content development) and follow-through on required corrective actions after in-market date • Work together with global portfolio teams to stay up to speed with global developments. Assess how global initiatives can be translated for the Benelux affiliate. • Work with EU regional team for business case submissions and approval of local initiatives You: • You have a passion for consumer & brands and a good eye for details • You are a first-class problem solver, root causing the core of the issue and engaging different stakeholders to come to a solution • You are data driven and have experience turning insights into action • You are agile and able to work with tight deadlines • You have a passion for team work • You like to think ahead, act ahead and get ahead • You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Power Point, Excel) • You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch How does this sound? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test.
