WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A CANDIDATE WITH • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business or related field • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in any area which involves analytical skills, creation of the tools / models and data modeling i.e., supply chain analytics, optimization, or planning • Strong conceptual thinking and technical skills in advanced MS Excel (is a must), Access, Power BI, and other technologies (i.e., Python, SQL is a plus) • Experience in developing and maintaining models using advanced analytics and optimization techniques (in supply chain, supply planning, capacity planning or row materials planning is a plus) • Experience in conducting scenario analysis and providing insights and recommendations • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Passion for learning and continuous improvement • English (business communication proficiency) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) & Mybenefit Cafeteria • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? As a Senior Analyst in the central scenario planning team under Supply Chain Planning, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining supply chain models, conducting scenario analysis, and providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will not only contribute your expertise but also actively participate in shaping the vision and structure of this new and dynamic organization. Your collaboration with business stakeholders, planners, and analysts across the organization will be crucial in understanding their needs, challenges, and opportunities. Leveraging your strong technical skills, you will design, automate, and enhance processes, tools, and reports, ensuring efficiency and innovation. This position offers the unique opportunity to influence the future of our supply chain operations, making it an ideal fit for a forward-thinking, proactive individual eager to make a significant impact. • Develop and maintain supply chain models (from demand to row materials ordering) using advanced analytics and optimization techniques (in MS Excel in the beginning, later in selected digital solution) • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various factors and assumptions on supply chain performance and costs • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making and scenario planning • Collaborate with business stakeholders, planners, and analysts to understand their requirements, challenges, and opportunities • Co-create, automate and improve existing processes, tools, and reports using advanced MS Excel & Access, Power BI, and other technologies (i.e., Python, SQL is a plus) • Taking part in final digital solutions selection, implement scenario planning framework, testing and maintaining the tool • Communicate complex analytical results in a clear and concise manner to various audiences Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
