Join us in our Trade Marketing team and you will support the Visibility and Trade Engagement team in supporting activities focused on visibility and communication for trade. You will be focused on supporting visibility material design, production, distribution, communication and monitoring. Main material’s maintenance monitoring. Support in planning communication activities. You will also play a key role cooperating within the team and third parties to deploy cross-functional projects. Specific Responsibilities: • Support in supplier management and practices for the design and production of materials • Material logistics planning/content release and coordination with Global Talent Management and commercial for the execution of activities and support to the management of material logistics (spot requests) • Support in content creation and scheduling of the editorial plan Coordination of CRM activities • Follow-up and monitoring • Support to the maintenance process (photo pops) Who we’re looking for: • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Management or related fields • Fluent in Italian and English • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Good communication skills • Good analytical skills • Customer and problem-solving orientation. • Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurship, and attention to detail • Passionate and able to work in team.
