WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A finance professional with 3+ years of experience and strong RTR process knowledge • A candidate experienced in the cooperation with external partners, ready to work in a fast-paced, diverse and multinational organization • A person with a strong coordination, control and liaising skills and business acumen • An individual with ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers, growth mindset and digital readiness • A candidate with functional knowledge of SAP • A candidate experienced in KPI design and management is desirable • A candidate experienced in Audit process is welcome WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria with various benefits • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Responsible for the cluster/market outsourced and non-outsourced process to be timely and properly handle in compliance with all USGAAP, statutory, tax legislation & PMI Finance Standards. • Responsible to monitor the cluster/market KPIs for BPO performance; identify risks & issues for escalation. • Active participation in the regional or global transformation initiatives as RTR Intercompany SME representative, and to propose, and drive RTR transformation roadmap fitment into the overall organization transformation roadmaps. • Implement RTR transformation projects; continues improvement, simplification, standardization & automation, with tangible efficiencies and cost reduction. • Monitor cluster/market KPIs to measure end to end process performance and execute corrective action plans till completions and resolution. • Cluster/market controls execution, operational effectiveness, and prevention of SOX deficiencies. • Ensure to deliver specific regional audit requirements (both internal and external). • Frequent and close communication to the markets teams to anticipate/adopt to any transformation of the business requiring Intercompany process modification.
