Area Activation Manager - Brighton

About the Role As Area Activation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating and executing our strategy for both trade engagement and consumer conversion for all territories within your area. This will involve developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of our business and objectives, the marketplace and competitors, with regular feedback of new developments and changes. You will also coach and develop a number of Consumer Engagement and Territory Activation Executives. As a front line brand advocate for PMI, you will be instrumental in driving territory growth, effectively handling your resources, including people, budget and technology to ensure a truly extraordinary consumer journey. You'll analyse trends to identify and experiment with new ideas, responding to consumer needs quickly and effectively. You’ll also be responsible for a team, working with them in terms of development, coaching and motivation to deliver consumer focused results. About You We’re looking for someone dedicated to truly excellent customer service, someone who can motivate and encourage their team, our trade partners and consumers to share our vision of a smoke free future. You’ll enjoy mentoring, educating and motivating a great team, and think strategically around how you can make the very best of your territory, not being afraid to try new ideas to grow our game changing IQOS brand. Ideally you’ll have previous experience in a sales environment, and demonstrate your ability to take full advantage of a phenomenal opportunity to deliver fantastic customer service. You will have led sales teams in previous roles, and be able to demonstrate how you are able to successfully motivate and lead a team to hit their targets. You’ll be based within a one hour commute of Brighton, or be open to relocating to the area.
