PMI will never:
- Ask for payment or account credentials during the application process
- Request that you purchase any IT equipment and/or mail it to the IT department
- Use a third-party email service to correspond with candidates, e.g. Yahoo or Gmail (except for limited circumstances where legitimate recruiting agencies are acting for PMI, in which case they will communicate using their company email address)
- Solely communicate through an external recruiter during the hiring process
- Ask for any money in connection with the recruitment process

Interview & assessment
First, we review your CV and if we think you could be a good fit for the role, we’ll be in touch to arrange an interview.
The interview and assessment stages are a chance for us to get to know each other. For us, to find out more about you and your capabilities, and for you to learn more about PMI—so do come prepared with your questions. Depending on the role, there may be additional steps.
If everything works out on both sides, you’ll receive a job offer. This will include salary details, benefits, and terms of employment.
Once you’ve accepted our offer, we’ll keep in touch to make sure that you have the support, tools, and guidance you need to feel at home from day one. Your first three months will be packed with activities that prepare you to achieve great things with us.
