Junior Financial Analyst

We are looking to recruit a person for Junior Financial Analyst position who has: • 1-2 years of professional experience within preparing financial/business analysis • University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Econometrics or similar • Very good, practical knowledge of Excel • Willingness to work with Power Point (complexity presentations) • Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to build and manage relations with internal stakeholders • Learning agility, collaborative spirit and result orientation • Ability to optimize and streamline processes • Good communication, presentation and time management skills • Fluency in English Key responsibilities: • Prepare Business budgets and ensure they are analyzed, commented and presented in accordance with management requirements • Review regularly and in details, the actual and budgeted/forecasted spending on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to advise adjustments (financials) to achieve business objectives in forthcoming cycles • Master the complexity of our business and understand its financial implications • Model business evolution under different strategies to support management decisions and conduct ad-hoc analyses • Being in the center of the long term planning process, meld the input of multiple stakeholders ensuring continuous growth of the business • Present outcomes of own analysis to Management Team members, collaborate with the regional and global colleagues • Participate in cross-functional projects covering multiple geographies • Propose improvements of the reporting systems, methods of work and analysis methods and contribute to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to the business requirement We offer: • Multinational experience within a highly dynamic organization moved by the vision of a Smoke-Free Future • Possibility to work in the international team, participation in various projects and open-up exciting career opportunities • Working in a cool office (by Dworzec Gdański metro station) • Competitive salary and wide range of the best-in-class benefits: - flexible working arrangements adjusted to your needs - private medical and dental care, life insurance - subsidized meals - multisport program - holiday & Christmas bonus - wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and possibility for support in getting higher professional qualification - employee pension plan
