Supervisor Procurement and Administration

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Ensure smooth running of the office including general services, security, office maintenance and renovation, equipment, car fleet, etc • Control over administrative budget, ensure the best combination of quality and price • Oversee end-to-end procurement process: from discussion with commercial functions the business needs till organization of tender process and negotiation with suppliers • Ensure optimal IS support and IT infrastructure provided to the Company’s users • Manage full cycle from planning to implementation for business and employees relates meetings and events • Manage and develop the team in line with company’s strategic plans and vision EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • University Degree (preferably – Business Administration, Economics) • At least 4 years of experience in similar working environment (preferably in Procurement) • Romanian, Russian – fluent, English – advanced • High learning agility • Strong communication skills • Internal customer focus • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, ensure high quality, while managing multiple tasks • PC skills (advanced Microsoft Office user) WHAT WE OFFER: • You will work in truly international environment • You will get unique development opportunities • You will enjoy building your network among highly professional colleagues • You will get competitive level of compensation & social package
